Order Processing & Cancellation Policy

Once you finish checking out, our team starts packing and shipping your order right away. Because of this, if you cancel after checkout, you may be charged a restocking fee of up to 30%. This helps cover the cost of handling your order.

How to Return an Item

  • You must get approval before returning a product. Contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • Returns without approval will not be accepted. If you send an item back without an RMA, it will be refused.

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.

  • Keep your shipping receipt until we confirm that we have received your return.

  • Blast Off Equipment, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We suggest getting insurance to protect your shipment.

Return & Exchange Rules

    • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item.

    • The item must be in new condition, which means:

      • It has never been used or worn.

      • It includes all original parts, manuals, warranty cards, and packaging.

    • If the item is missing any parts or packaging, a restocking fee of up to 30% may apply.

    • Refunds and store credits may take up to three weeks to process and appear in your account.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

    • We do not accept returns on:

      • Pre-Owned Equipment (Used items cannot be returned.)

      • Chemicals (Due to safety reasons.)

      • Electronics and Electrical Equipment (All sales are final.)

      • Clearance, Sale, and Special Order Items (These items are not eligible for returns.)

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under specific conditions:

A refund will be issued if:

  • The item was returned in brand-new condition with all original packaging and accessories.

  • The return was approved and authorized by our team with a valid RMA number.

  • The item meets all return eligibility criteria listed above.

A refund will NOT be issued if:

 

  • The item has been used, damaged, or is missing parts.

  • The return was not approved or does not have an RMA number.

  • The item falls under our non-returnable category (Pre-Owned Equipment, Chemicals, Electronics, Electrical Equipment, Clearance/Sale/Special Order Items).

  • The return was sent after the 30-day return period.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds may take up to three weeks to process after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • If the return does not meet all refund conditions, store credit may be issued instead of a refund.
