Foam Gun Pill Filter

MTM Hydro offers the Stainless Steel Foam Cannon Filter, a replaceable maintenance component compatible with all MTM Foam Cannons. Crafted from woven Italian Stainless mesh, this filter acts as an agitator, ensuring a thicker and more adhesive foam when the chemical and pressurized stream interact with it.

Although visually similar to other cannon filters at first glance, a closer look reveals a unique woven pattern designed by our Italian engineers to optimize foam performance. It’s important to note that while this filter fits competing foam cannons along with MTM Hydro’s models, the best results are achieved when combined with MTM Hydro Stainless orifice and sequential conical chambers, as these elements significantly influence foam output.

As an agitator, the filter may experience clogging over time, especially when used with waxes, which are known to hasten the failure rate. In case of suspected clogs, removing the agitator may not immediately reveal any noticeable issues, as sticky chemical compounds tend to accumulate in the middle, creating back-pressure that inhibits foam creation.
